Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through the CleverKidsCo online store. They should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds, Delivery Information and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

CleverKidsCo operates this online store. You can contact us at cleverkidsco.uk@gmail.com. Our business contact information is also set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and printed copies. Our books may be printed to order by a third-party print and fulfilment partner and dispatched directly to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes that are legally required to be included in the displayed consumer price. Standard UK delivery is currently free for Money Smart Kids, while any optional paid delivery upgrade is shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. We will send an order confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.

5. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, available services, charges and estimated dates are shown at checkout. Because books are printed to order, production time applies before postal transit time. See our Delivery Information page for current details. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

6. Cancellation and returns

Eligible consumers have statutory cancellation and consumer rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for the process, time limits and return-cost information.

7. Faulty goods and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, CleverKidsCo content, branding, graphics, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without permission.

9. Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
