Delivery information

We currently deliver within the UK. Money Smart Kids is printed to order by our UK print and fulfilment partner and sent directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

UK delivery options

Royal Mail 2nd Class — FREE.
Royal Mail 1st Class — £4.56.

These Royal Mail services are untracked. The delivery option and estimated time shown at checkout are there to help you choose between the two services.

Printing and dispatch

Orders received through our ecommerce store aim to be printed and dispatched within 3 working days. During busy periods, production can take up to 5 working days. Production times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during exceptional peak periods.

Delivery after dispatch

To avoid over-promising, we use conservative checkout estimates: 3–5 business days for Royal Mail 1st Class and 5–8 business days for free Royal Mail 2nd Class. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and apply after your book has been produced and dispatched.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do what we reasonably can to help, but we cannot guarantee an address can be changed once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If there is a significant delivery problem, or your book arrives damaged, contact cleverkidsco.uk@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
