We want you to be happy with your purchase. Nothing in this policy removes or restricts your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Your right to cancel
For eligible online purchases of physical goods, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to cancel
Email cleverkidsco.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not have to use the wording below, but you can copy it if helpful.

Returning an item
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to cover that cost.
Refunds
Where a cancellation is valid, we will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable consumer law. Because our standard UK delivery is free, an additional amount you chose to pay for a more expensive delivery method is not normally refundable on a change-of-mind cancellation. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may take account of any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law. Contact us before returning the item. Where applicable, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the law requires us to do so.
